Internal Mailing System
  • The email system provides each user with a private inbox with read and unread mail count
  • The email system provides each user with a private sent mailbox
  • When a new email is received, the user is notified by an email to their nominated email address
  • The email system only allows internal communications, with email addresses being replaced with a user contact ID. For example, a Job Seeker will be able to click on a "contact company" link and a Company can reply to a job seeker (only notification emails will be sent externally)
  • The system stores all communications between parties
  • The email system doesn't allow communications to be permanently deleted by either companies or candidates (although they can clear out their in/sent mailboxes)

  • Suggested workflow for job management is as follows:
     
    - The company receives an email notification regarding a new application
    - The company reviews the curriculum and marks it as rejected or in process
    - When the application process ends, the company reviews all "in process" curriculum and marks them as rejected or approved
    - The company contacts the Job Seekers whose curricula have been approved
  • The system sends out confirmation email to the Job seeker at each stage of the application process, for example: 1) Application Received 2) Application Rejected/In process 3) Application Rejected/Approved
  • The system allows the company to log in and view applications filtered by status, such as all, new, approved, in process, rejected etc.
  • The system allows the site administrator to login and view new, current and historic applications for all companies or specific company
  • The system allows the site administrator to login and search for specific jobs, by candidate, company, job name, etc.
  • The system allows any lists of jobs to be filterable by status, date, candidate etc.
  • The system allows the printing of candidate curricula (for a selected candidate or by date range)
Feedback Management
